Foundations of Mindfulness
A lively and engaging course that combines the practice of meditation and the practical application of mindfulness in daily life including parenting. Develop practical skills to live with intention and attention and cultivate inner peace, well-being and genuine happiness. Learn to experience life's events, your thoughts and your emotions consciously and be able to respond with clarity and wisdom.
This is an 8 week course on Wednesdays from 9:30 to 11:30. Registration is $400 and includes an workbook, and a companion journal, a three month membership in the Mindful Life Community, Access to a Meditation Library and additional resources as well as a Daily practice guide.
